Why are your products Vegan?

Vegan skincare products can be extremely beneficial for your skin. In fact, vegan ingredients are well known for their healing properties. Vegan ingredients are also high in vitamins that contain antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

After I place my order, when will my order ship?

All orders have a 1-2 business day lead time upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has moved from our fulfillment center then shipped by the carrier. What forms of payment do you accept?

Why is the consistency different from the product I just ordered to the one I already have?

We use plant based and organic ingredients with no harmful chemicals. Due to the nature of the ingredients, the consistency and scent may differ.

Yes, we ship Internationally. The customer is responsible for customs and duty taxes associated with their order.

How do I make a return for my purchase I made through a retailer?

How do I receive Free Shipping on my order?

To qualify for Free Shipping, your order must reach $75.00 before tax or shipping is applied, and after any discounts have been applied. The discount to shipping will be shown when calculating the total of the order.

How fast is Free Shipping?

Free shipping will be delivered within 8 business days.

When I enter my shipping address, I am receiving an error that my address is invalid?

Our shipping is tied directly to the carrier’s website. An invalid address error will appear if the carrier is able to ship to that location or is unable to find that location in their database. The carrier will require a valid address.

How do I update/cancel my order?
